As a Total Rewards Partner at Kuehne + Nagel, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing global compensation strategies that align with our business goals.

You’ll collaborate across leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights, manage incentive programs, and lead transformative compensation initiatives. This is your opportunity to influence global HR practices and elevate employee experience through innovative Total Rewards solutions.

How you create impact

Partner with Global HR Business Partners, National HR Managers, and Total Rewards stakeholders to support business objectives with expert analysis and guidance
Manage the Performance Bonus target setting and calculation process for the Senior Management globally.
Provide compensation offers and calculations for Top and Senior Management, manage contracts, and ensure data integrity across all systems
Drive global compensation initiatives, including redesigning programs and integrating new reward strategies in collaboration with senior Total Rewards leadership
Act as a subject matter expert for compensation-related HR systems, supporting system development and optimization
Maintain high-quality Compensation and Benefits data and deliver insightful reports for Senior Management and ad hoc business needs

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s in HR or MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Finance within a global, matrixed organization
Professional certification (CCP or GRP) is a strong asset
Deep understanding of financial principles, employment law, and tax implications
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Office tools
Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Fluent in English, German would be beneficial
