Your Role and Responsibilities
This Data & Process Analytics Lead is responsible for data ownership within the Compensation & Performance Workstream and collaborates with the C&P Experience Lead to track application performance and process efficiency within the area.
The Data & Process Analytics Lead will:
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights into trends across the HR Experience Organization, including employee engagement, performance, and other key HR and IS metrics.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into the HR Experience Organization's performance, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information. This includes managing report access permissions.
3. Work with Process Optimization Specialists to assess HR and IS processes and implement process improvements.
4. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the scope of data ownership.
Location is flexible for this role. The role holder will be expected to work and collaborate with teams across European, ASEA, and US EST time zones. We will select the most qualified candidate for this position.
