Key Responsibilities :
* Identify and prospect new clients (private banks, commercial banks, financial institutions)
* Develop and manage effective sales strategies in conjunction with the sales department.
* Target and approach high-level contacts (C-level, business and IT management)
* Analyse the needs of prospects, coordinate demonstrations and propose tailor-made offers
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to signing contracts
* Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and networking events in collaboration with the marketing teams
Your profile :
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B sales, ideally in financial software, fintech or banking services
* Good knowledge of banking, regulatory and / or complex IT solutions environments
* Proficiency in multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calls, events)
* Strong results orientation, excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
* Bilingual in French and English (German or another language is an plus)
* Available for international business travel
