Key Responsibilities:
* Audit management in the regulatory area of dental implant systems, focusing on compliance with regulations in Switzerland, the EU, China, and Taiwan.
* Supply chain management, encompassing SCM and purchasing operations, particularly with suppliers in Taiwan, China, and Switzerland.
* Customer relationship management and sales, targeting customers in Taiwan, China, the USA, Switzerland, Turkey, and Iran.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Your expertise in auditing, supply chain management, and CRM/sales will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a university degree in Business Management or equivalent. A background in the regulatory area of dental implant systems, preferably in China (NMPA), Switzerland/EU (EU ISO 13485 & CE), Taiwan (TFDA), and the USA (FDA), is essential. Additionally, you should have experience in CRM and sales, particularly with customers from Taiwan, China, the USA, Turkey, and Iran.
Fluency in Chinese, Taiwanese, English, and German languages is required, with business proficiency in written and spoken communication. Knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
