About You

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Office Admin to lead on-site administrative operations for our Swiss entity and be an integral part of TRG’s global admin team.

This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks in Switzerland, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with external stakeholders such as banks, legal advisors, and service providers. You will also support employees across the organization and assist the President with Swiss-specific administrative needs.


What You’ll Do


Swiss TRG Interface

* Coordinate with TRG global admin to meet local needs
* Manage financial and legal coordination with respective teams


Administrative Management

* Serve as a point of contact for operational matters
* Lead projects like client visits, conferences, and internal initiatives
* Plan and execute company events and employee meetups
* Support ongoing projects and global travel arrangements
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
* Assist with employee benefits and onboarding


Stakeholders & Public Institutes Management

* Main contact for operational queries
* Maintain relationships with Swiss service providers
* Manage communication and invoice processing


Regulatory Compliance

* Ensure Swiss entity compliance with regulations
* Serve as contact for Swiss regulators
* Prepare documentation and reports for authorities


Executive Assistance

* Provide support to the company President
* Manage scheduling, correspondence, and confidential matters


What you’ll bring

* Experience in administrative coordination, stakeholder management, or compliance
* Knowledge of Swiss regulatory environment preferred
* Excellent English communication; German and/or French a plus
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and across teams
* Discretion, reliability, and professionalism


Nice to Have

* Experience with multinational teams
* Previous executive assistant experience
* Knowledge of Swiss finance, legal, or admin processes
