Ph3Role and responsibilities /h3 pAs Business Development Manager / Country Head for France, you will be the face of APPL in the French market. You will own the full commercial cycle from identifying new opportunities to closing deals while also providing strategic leadership for country-level growth, in alignment with the European Sales Director. /p pIncumbent of this position will report to Simran Singh and have the following responsibilities: /p ol liAchieve regional sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives. /li liAppoint and manage distributors (exclusive or non-exclusive) with an initial combined stock order value of at least €1 million across product lines. /li liInitiate business with key end-user clients CDMO/CMO (Contract Development Manufacturing Organization / Contract Manufacturing Organization) in the European Union. /li liDevelop OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) partnerships with leading manufacturers. /li liLead and upscale a fully operational warehouse and office in Europe to streamline logistics and customer support. /li liDeliver proactive support to key accounts through collaborative customer visits. /li liConduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in Biopharma, Pharma, and Industrial segments. /li liSupport partners with product training, technical coordination, and commercial negotiations. /li liMonitor distributor performance and drive corrective actions where required. /li liPlan and execute international marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade fairs in Europe. /li liCoordinate with digital marketing team for region-specific campaigns and lead generation. /li liStrengthen Ami Polymer brand positioning in regulated European markets. /li liPrepare product presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals. /li liEnsure adherence to European regulatory and compliance requirements. /li liTrack market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks. /li liPrepare periodic MIS, sales forecasts, and regional performance reports. /li liHandle techno-commercial discussions with customers. /li liSupport RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations. /li liEnsure high customer satisfaction and retention. /li /ol h3Qualifications and skills /h3 ul liM.Sc./M. Pharm/M.Tech/B.Tech (Biotech / Microbiology / Biochemistry) – advanced degree strongly preferred (Ph.D). /li liMinimum 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience within the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or single-use consumables industry, preferably in the European market. /li liStrong and proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. /li liWell-established network and industry recognition within the European single-use systems and consumables ecosystem. /li liExtensive experience managing and developing relationships with French and broader European clients, with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics. /li liWillingness and ability to travel frequently across France and Europe for customer meetings and business development activities. /li liDemonstrates a strong ownership mindset and leadership capability, with the ability to independently drive business growth. /li liHands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences across Europe; capable of preparing high-impact proposals and presentation decks tailored to client needs. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth commercial environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions. /li /ul h3Personality traits /h3 ul liStrong people management and collaboration skills. /li liFluent in both written and spoken English and French. /li liStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. /li liSelf-motivated with a hunter mindset and entrepreneurial approach. /li liProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). /li liGood knowledge of GMP regulations and biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a strong plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
