Strategic Marketing Leader
We are seeking a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. They will manage all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, customer insights, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Align marketing efforts with company goals and growth targets.
* Lead and Manage a High-Performing Marketing Team: Build, mentor, and lead a team of marketing professionals.
* Brand Development and Positioning: Strengthen market presence and customer loyalty through effective brand development and positioning.
* Digital Marketing Initiatives: Oversee SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing efforts.
* Customer Acquisition and Retention: Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies and campaigns.
* Collaboration and Alignment: Work with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing with business objectives.
* Marketing Budget and ROI Analysis: Ensure effective allocation of resources by managing marketing budgets and analyzing ROI.
* Public Relations, Events, and Communications: Enhance brand visibility through public relations, events, and external communications.
* Market Research and Customer Insights: Utilize market research and customer insights to guide decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
* Performance Metrics and Reporting: Report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
* Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and delivering measurable results.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation and creativity.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in SaaS and/or logistics.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Global marketing and brand experience.
* Familiarity with demand generation and account-based marketing.
