We are recruiting, on behalf of an international industrial company, an International Sales Manager Europe to support the commercial development of several European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities across the assigned European markets.
- Define and implement a mid- to long-term commercial strategy for your territory.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, partners, agents, and distributors.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new projects.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide commercial actions.
- Follow up on commercial and technical offers through to successful completion.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure high service quality and smooth project execution.
- Support, train, and develop commercial partners across the region to maximize market coverage and performance.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity and monitor key performance indicators.
Profile
- Higher education degree, ideally Mechanical Engineering with a solid technical expertise in hydraulics, chemicals, wastewater
- Proven experience in an international B2B sales role across Europe .
- Strong ability to develop new markets and manage complex sales cycles.
- Comfortable working with clients, partners, and distribution networks in an international environment.
- Fluent in English; any additional European language would be a plus.
- Autonomous, structured, results-driven, and commercially minded.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
