We are recruiting, on behalf of an international industrial company, an International Sales Manager Europe to support the commercial development of several European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities across the assigned European markets.
Define and implement a mid- to long-term commercial strategy for your territory.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, partners, agents, and distributors.
Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new projects.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide commercial actions.
Follow up on commercial and technical offers through to successful completion.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure high service quality and smooth project execution.
Support, train, and develop commercial partners across the region to maximize market coverage and performance.
Provide regular reporting on sales activity and monitor key performance indicators.
Profile
Higher education degree, ideally Mechanical Engineering with a solid technical expertise in hydraulics, chemicals, wastewater
Proven experience in an international B2B sales role across Europe .
Strong ability to develop new markets and manage complex sales cycles.
Comfortable working with clients, partners, and distribution networks in an international environment.
Fluent in English; any additional European language would be a plus.
Autonomous, structured, results-driven, and commercially minded.
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
