Overview
As a Sales Advisor at H&M you play a central role in creating a unique customer experience. Your actions support the brand’s values and contribute to both your success and that of H&M.
Key Responsibilities
Share your fashion and product knowledge to support customers in their shopping experience.
Work as part of a team to provide first‑class service.
Communicate in German (at least B1) to create a positive shopping experience.
Ensure that the sales floor and stockroom are well stocked and organized.
Represent the H&M Group authentically and positively.
