The Cultural Service (SEC) is the contact point for artists and cultural institutions in the fields of performing arts, visual arts, and digital arts. Its main missions are to support and manage municipal cultural stages. In order to complete its team, the SEC is looking for two Stage Managers at 50%. Your mission and responsibilities:- Participate in the general supervision and ensure the smooth running of regular activities at the Maison des Arts Grütli (MAG).- Provide the necessary technical assistance to beneficiaries or their collaborators.- Collaborate closely with preventive security agents.- Ensure maintenance and administration of the MAG, the Commun, accommodations at Halles de l'Ile, artists' studios, and Philo 6.- Carry out all activities and address management issues of the places under administration.- Manage all logistics related to artists' changes.- Execute minor maintenance work and propose adjustments and/or maintenance work.- Apply regulations, directives, procedures, and safety measures as required.- Hold a vocational diploma in the building sector or an equivalent.- Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in maintenance, management, supervision, and security of a building.- Master written French and standard office tools.- Show autonomy and a preference for teamwork.- Demonstrate ease in human contact and adopt solutions while ensuring good management of unforeseen events.- Accept irregular working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and show flexibility.As part of its policy of equality between women and men, the City of Geneva seeks to promote diversity in all of its services.
