Our Opportunity: Within our International Customer Service & Supply Chain Team for the Watches Business Unit based in Neuchatel, we are looking for an After-Sales Services Commercial Excellence Project Manager reporting to the After‑Sales Services Customer Service Senior Manager.
Creation and Benchmarking of After‑Sales Offer
Define and implement commercial policies aligned with market dynamics. Analyze pricing and service positioning, manage base price rules for spare parts and services, and ensure the profitability of repair and distribution activities. Work closely with Finance to guarantee consistency of global sales and margin flows and coordinate deployment of worldwide pricing structures. Oversee annual update of pricing rules and contribute to automation of price management processes.
Management of AFSS Commercial Policies
In collaboration with Commercial, Legal, and After‑Sales teams, create and maintain commercial policies to ensure coherence across all markets. Update the AFSS section of Bulgari’s website and develop communication tools to promote and explain the brand’s services, enhancing transparency and customer acceptance rates.
Your Background
• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or related field and initial professional experience in Marketing, Business Development or Finance.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ideally previous experience in After‑Sales Service sector with SAP and strong project‑management skills.
• Passionate about the watch industry, collaborative, positive team player, excellent relationship‑building skills across departments and markets.
• Analytical, strategic thinking, rigorous, autonomous, result‑oriented, proactive and solution‑driven.
