You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the right executives to support business transformation and maintain a competitive edge.
What you will do
1. Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to align executive talent acquisition with strategic goals, financial objectives, and workforce planning needs.
2. Partner with Talent Management and Development teams to identify internal and succession talent for executive roles, ensuring a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline.
3. Lead executive recruitment efforts for the Corporate Center Group Leadership Team strengthening relationship with top executive search partners globally.
4. Enhance Zurich’s position as an employer of choice by developing targeted strategies to attract top executives and delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
5. Conduct ongoing market research, benchmarking, and talent mapping to provide data-driven insights, trends, and inform search strategies and decisions.
6. Implement proactive talent engagement strategies to build strong pipelines of executives, leveraging market intelligence and industry networks.
7. Ensure a best-in-class executive hiring process by integrating structured assessments, competency-based interviews, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
8. Act as a strategic advisor to senior HR and business leaders, providing expert insights on executive talent trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence.
What you bring
1. 15+ years of experience in recruiting executive talent within the insurance industry, or a combination of insurance and related sectors, either in-house or within an executive search firm. Strong industry talent network a plus.
2. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and negotiation, with the ability to engage and build strong relationships, create effective referral networks, and maintain data-driven and business relevant market intelligence.
3. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, along with experience in psychometric assessments (current certifications in selection-based assessments are an advantage).
4. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, with the capability to present to senior leadership audiences.
5. High drive and ambition to create an impact and ensure delivery with a sense of urgency.
6. Self-starter, able to challenge the status quo sensitively and constructively, while presenting solutions.
