For one of our clients, we are looking for an apprentice in mechanics (H/F). Desired profile: CFC in polymechanics, proficiency in CNC machining with CAM experience, a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, experience in managing and supervising personnel, ideally young apprentices (one CIE (600h), one in management (an advantage), knowledge of Office and ERP software (an advantage), proficiency in French and English (B2). The main mission will be to manage and supervise apprentices in mechanics leading to the attainment of the CFC in Polymechanics. Main responsibilities: - Deliver CIE courses (manual, conventional, CNC machining techniques, metrology, assembly).- Guide apprentices towards success through motivating pedagogy and recognition of their work.- Report to the management in the form of X (tracking costs, commitments, production of apprentices via SAP). - Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machines, monitoring of produced parts).- Manage and sign work journals and absenteeism of apprentices.- Handle conflicts, enforce internal rules in cases of non-compliance with company values, organize meetings with parents if necessary.- Collaborate with industry partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools).- Participate in semester exchanges with local training centers.- Organize open days, internships for future apprentices, pedagogical events, and educational outings (teambuilding, skiing, industrial visits).- Plan individual interviews and reports every 6 months.- Encourage apprentices to participate in competitions like X Industry.Skills: The benefits: A job in a top-notch environment with good conditions for executives. jid2adc962aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
