Your tasks
* Define and establish a clear product strategy with a long-term vision.
* Conduct market research and analyze the needs of potential and existing customers.
* Generate, develop, and validate innovative product ideas.
* Create specifications documents for the customer-specific software development team, ensuring all functional and technical requirements are captured.
* Act as the primary interface between the customer and the software development team, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated, expectations are aligned, and progress is tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
* Own and manage the digital product roadmap in collaboration with management, sales, and marketing teams.
* Support sales and marketing activities with product insights, positioning, and messaging.
Your profile
* University degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, with relevant IT sector experience (technical and/or managerial).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Product Manager or similar role.
* Strong customer orientation, with focus on user-centered design and responsiveness to feedback.
* Excellent analytical, conceptual, and prioritization skills.
* Passionate about building and managing outstanding products.
* Fluent in German, French, and English.
