Qualifications
* I have a minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and more than one year’s experience in a sales role in travel, hospitality or luxury goods background.
Technical Skills
* MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS and CRM platforms.
* Knowledge of hotel/resort policies regarding reservations, discounts, MICE platforms.
Experience & Language
* I have client management experience.
* I have an excellent command of written and spoken English & French with some knowledge of the local language and customs.
