Job Description
* Provide high‑level, proactive administrative & organizational support to three SVPs
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
* Organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups
* Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries) and expense reporting
* Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
* Support preparation of presentations, reports, and key documents
* Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and anticipate needs proactively
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Act as a key coordination and communication hub and anticipate needs
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (ideally multiple executives)
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
* High level of attention to detail and reliability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
