Mastering Sales Excellence in European Markets

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead our business expansion in Europe, particularly in the DACH region. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility and sales growth through strategic account management, wholesale network development, and commercial strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maximize brand presence and sales by effectively managing existing accounts and markets.
* Develop and strengthen our wholesale network by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
* Implement and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market growth.
* Provide exceptional client service by supporting partners with B2B enquiries, preparing quotes, and delivering top-notch support.
* Establish and maintain monthly analytical reports to track sales performance, market developments, and opportunities.
* Prepare and update sales tools such as training material, product comparisons, and technical information.
* Conduct regular in-store visits, lead continuous on-site sales trainings, and ensure strong product knowledge at retail level.
* Organize and lead factory visits for partners and VIP clients to foster brand loyalty.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to propose promotional activities, coordinate events, activations, and campaigns.
* Represent our brand at client events, watch fairs, and regional gatherings, embodying our unique values and identity.

Requirements:

* Entrepreneurial spirit with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury watch industry, with a proven track record in European markets, especially DACH.
* Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to establish strong ties with retail sales staff and partners.
* Very good communication skills in German, French, and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.
