Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Geneva. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, delivering excellent customer service, and providing analytical support. This role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
Qualifications

* Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills

* Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry is a plus
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
* Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
