The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of workholding and modular tool systems in global markets, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve ambitious sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
Sales Strategy
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in the aviation and aerospace component manufacturing industry.
Leadership
* Lead and manage the global sales team, fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and teamwork to maximize performance and ensure alignment with organizational values.
Customer Relationships
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Miscellaneous
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for product development and innovation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific market needs.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or mechanical engineering preferred.
* Minimum 5 years experience in sales leadership within the machine indexable tool and workholding industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both English and German. French is a plus.
