Head of Finance and Performance Management (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
* Lead and further develop the Finance & Performance Management team, overseeing planning, forecasting, reporting, and controlling
* Manage and optimize financial processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Enhance the performance management framework, including the design and implementation of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
* Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance function
* Partner closely with the CFO on both strategic and operational financial management topics
* Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors, Group Finance, and other key stakeholders across the organization
* Contribute to group-wide initiatives on systems, data management, and process optimization
Qualifications
* University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage
* Several years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Performance Management, ideally within insurance or a similarly regulated industry
* Proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and closing under IFRS
* Strong expertise in financial management, cost control, and performance optimization
* Experience in digitalizing and automating financial processes
* Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with strong implementation skills
* Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
