IT Support Desk professional - Lvl 1 and lvl 2 - English + French - UN agency
NTT DATA is currently looking for 6 support desk professionals to work for an UN Agency.
We are seeking Level 1 and Level 2 technicians (depending on experience) to join our Service Desk & Workplace team onsite in Geneva.
You will be responsible for:
1. Ticket Management: Register, prioritize, resolve, or escalate cases as necessary.
2. Installation Management: Oversee installations, deployments, and monitoring of applications and systems.
3. User Support: Provide assistance via telephone and in person.
4. Documentation: Record ticket management and resolution in the ITSM tool.
Requirements include:
1. Technical training or equivalent experience in incident resolution, IT support, and workplace support (on-site and remote).
2. Knowledge of Microsoft applications and systems, with strong communication skills.
3. High proficiency in English and French for user support.
4. Experience supporting VIP users and senior management.
5. Excellent user support skills and attention to detail.
6. Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call duties.
7. Interest in IT.
8. ITIL4 certification.
9. Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
10. Strong customer service orientation focused on user satisfaction.
11. Experience managing and supporting IT environments in a corporate setting.
12. Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
