In this role, you will take ownership of our HR operations end-to-end, bringingstructure, clarity, and reliability to the organization. You will independently managerecruiting, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, and day-to-day HR processes,
ensuring everything runs professionally and efficiently.

What you will do
* Own and manage core HR administration processes (contracts,documentation, employee records)
* Take care of payroll preparation and collaboration with external partners (e.g.legal, accounting, fiduciary service providers)
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies (e.g. AHV,BVG)
* Coordinate and support the full hiring process (job postings, interviewscheduling, candidate communication)
* Maintain and improve HR systems, IT tools, and internal documentation
* Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions
* Help structure and further develop HR processes as the company grows
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamlessemployee experience
What you will bring
* Relevant experience in HR administration, operations, or a similar role inSwitzerland
* Good understanding of Swiss employment law and HR best practices
* Experience with HR software (e.g. Abacus, Bexio, Odoo)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills in English and German
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in a start-up or scaling environment is a plus
* Experience with ERP system Odoo is a plus
