This position offers a salary range of CHF115,000 to CHF130,000 per year, based on experience and skills. The company is a leading manufacturer of trucks, buses, construction machinery, and engines, with around 100,000 employees across 18 countries.
Responsibilities
* Manage all main accounting activities (general ledger, asset accounting, transfer pricing, VAT accounting)
* Implement strategic goals and accounting standards
* Ensure timely monthly and annual closings, including reconciliations and reporting
* Participate in audits, financial projects, and process improvements
* Ensure quality of financial data for internal and external stakeholders
* Support legal compliance and internal controls & compliance processes
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance & Accounting
* Several years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
* Strong analytical skills, high self-responsibility, systematic work approach
* Fluent in English and German
* Proficient in SAP (Module MF), Microsoft Excel, and IT skills
