The successful candidate will seamlessly coordinate strategic goals with operational execution, ensuring our marketing initiatives deliver exceptional value. Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
This role emphasizes strategic acumen, flexibility, and a drive for continuous improvement, all contributing to the overarching mission of delivering industry-leading solutions and enhancing the healthcare experience.
Process Improvement & Infrastructure
* Develop scalable systems for campaign planning, asset management, and go-to-market execution to drive systematic success.
* Refine workflows across core teams to improve operational efficiency and foster seamless collaboration.
* Champion the use of project management tools ike Jira, Asana, Airtable, or Notion to ensure transparent tracking of progress and accountability.
Program & Project Management
* Lead strategic, cross-functional projects, including conception, launch governance, and messaging alignment to ensure project coherence and effectiveness.
* Design comprehensive project roadmaps with clear timelines, KPIs, and defined stakeholder roles to guide project execution.
* Conduct quarterly planning sessions, retrospectives, and post-mortem evaluations to continually refine and improve project outcomes, driving growth and innovation.
* Effectively communicate results of campaigns, marketing outreach efforts and customer impact to various business stakeholders and executives.
ROI & Value Creation
* Effectively communicate results of campaigns, marketing outreach efforts and customer impact to various business stakeholders and executives.
* Continuously evaluate vendor responsibilities and focus areas to maximize Marketing Budget allocation.
* Continuously improve the marketing and sales database to drive lead funnel generation.
* Follow and comply with all security policies and procedures established by the organization, including adherence to HIPAA and HITRUST regulations
Target Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000
