Job purpose
Our client has implemented a Quality Management framework in a highly regulated environment.
As a provider of critical services, our client is subject to continuous oversight by the competent national authority, which also performs ongoing supervision of implemented changes.
One of the key challenges at the operational level is the proper integration of compliance evidence and quality delivery documentation.
To strengthen the Technical Quality team, our client is seeking to recruit a Quality Officer. This role will be part of the Technical Quality division and will report to the Head of Operational Quality.
Responsibilities
* Acting as reference for the Changes Management processes in term of Quality Assurance
* Delivering Software Assurance process trainings to Team members
* Running pro-active Quality checks during release development phase
* Participating actively to the Continuous Improvement of Practices
* Supporting the Teams in integrating quality activities in the design and production activities
* Supporting the Operations Transition Manager
* Elaborating training material on Quality Assurance and Control activities
* Performing root cause analysis
Technical competencies
* Basic IT skills
* Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management solution
* Software and Hardware Assurance
* Continuous Improvements practices
Qualifications
* Already performed / hands on experience on Quality Assurance Activities in ATM / Aerospace or safety critical industries
* Good knowledge of a Software Engineering Standard e.g., ISO1207, ED-153, ED109A
* Experience in an Agile Delivery Environment
* Strong presentation and document writing skills
* Very good verbal and written English/French
