Plumber - Job Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an on?site Plumber based in the Stocken area. The role is full?time at 39 hours per week, working across a 7?day rota. The position includes working 1 in every 3 weekends, with an additional 15% allowance added to the basic salary for weekend work. Salary: £29,009 - £35,015, depending on experience.
Role Overview
The Plumber will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy facilities environment. The successful candidate will ensure systems and equipment are kept in safe, compliant and efficient working order.
Key Responsibilities
Completing routine and non?routine plumbing maintenance
Repairing mains water supply systems
Diagnosing faults and identifying defective or end?of?life equipment
Conducting inspections, water sampling and contributing to risk assessments
Carrying out additional duties appropriate to the role
Candidate Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent), with proven maintenance experience
Competence in operating light plant and plumbing tools
Awareness of Legionella compliance (desirable)
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience in a commercial or facilities environment
