Your Background
* At least 10 years of executive-level and investment experience in real estate asset & fund management
* Extensive experience and a strong record of success in direct real estate investments, including sourcing, structuring, and executing high-value transactions
* Deep familiarity with the market dynamics and regulatory environment in Suisse Romandie
* Proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations and develop strategic partnerships
* Strong analytical mindset with exceptional financial and investment acumen
* Influential leadership style that builds trust, motivates teams, and drives performance
* Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus
* Advanced academic credentials in Real Estate, Finance, Business; CFA/ MRICS highly regarded
