PpAs a Hypercasual Game Designer you have a talent to create fun, exciting game experiences for our players. You're experienced in different areas of design and have worked specifically designing hypercasual games. /p h3What do we expect from you /h3 ul lipWorking as part of the design team, taking responsibility for multiple mobile game projects, creating game design documents, diagrams and flowcharts. /p /li lipDesigning compelling game mechanics using modern mobile design principles. /p /li lipCreating, balancing and tuning game mechanics, game difficulty and UI flow. /p /li lipCreating levels and additional content using Unity, for new and existing games. /p /li lipEvolving and adapting game designs based on play testing, feedback and live metrics. /p /li lipDriving long term player engagement by understanding mobile players needs and motivations. /p /li /ul h3How you will be doing this /h3 ul lipYou’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to make our games as fun as they can be. /p /li lipYou'll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best. /p /li lipYou’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you can get it. /p /li /ul h3Skills and requirements /h3 ul lipA minimum of 2 years experience in a game design role with at least one published game. /p /li lipExperience creating hypercasual games. /p /li lipStrong written and verbal communication skills. /p /li lipKnowledge of mobile free-to-play game monetisation and advertising techniques. /p /li lipAbility to work creatively in a demanding team environment. /p /li lipAbsolute passion for playing and making video games, especially mobile games. /p /li lipStrong creative ideas and imagination, able to entertain players with challenges, humour, surprises and fun. /p /li lipPositive attitude, self driven able to work alone or as part of a team. /p /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul lipUnity experience. /p /li lipCreative writing skills. /p /li lipCoding / prototyping skills. /p /li lipExperience of mobile game live ops, A/B testing and telemetry. /p /li lipKnowledge of mobile game market, trends, competition, platforms and app stores. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
