We Elevate... Your Best Self Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with Project Management certification or equivalent experience
Strong leadership, motivational and diplomatic skills across business and technology functions, ideally in an international environment
Proven ability to solve problems creatively and analytically, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
Solid analytical, business, and conceptual thinking skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Experience with Fulfillment and NI/MOD/LP business processes in the industry, and exposure to international environments
Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, with excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Fluent in English and proficient in German with cultural sensitivity and a people-oriented approach
