Job Description:
* We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of intelligent solutions for support and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring support workflows to identify improvements and optimize operations
* Designing and implementing intelligent solutions for support and technical operations
* Promoting an automation mindset to reduce manual work and accelerate resolution
* Establishing and promoting best practices in code development, review, and deployment to enhance scalability and reduce technical debt
* Contributing to the delivery of service objectives
* Exploring and adopting innovative technologies
* Planning and organizing future migrations related to support workflows and process improvements
* Collaborating with stakeholder departments
Requirements:
* Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience
* Skills: Ability to work autonomously with strong self-management skills, open-mindedness to challenge and rethink existing processes, automation-driven mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a strong interest in the financial and banking sector
* Technical proficiency: SQL, scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash), Atlassian tools (Jira), monitoring systems (PagerDuty, Nagios), log visualization platforms (Kibana)
