Your Tasks
1. Handling inbound communication for the local market
2. Addressing customer comments, suggestions, complaints, and issues
3. Providing information about the company’s policies and procedures to customers
4. Order processing (prep. of purchase orders, order confirmations, shipping documents, and invoices)
5. Creation and maintenance customer information and records in our ERP system
6. Supporting sales staff in processing and initiating sales transactions
7. Various accounting, HR and administrative tasks
Our Requirements
8. Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar)
9. Proven experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization
10. Strong ability to understand customer’ needs and apply appropriate solutions
11. Technical support interest
12. Fluent Thai and English language skills
13. Valid Thai driving license prefered
14. Stress resistant and reliable personality with very good communication skills
15. Open-minded, flexible and service-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability
