THE ROLE
Location: Le Châble (Verbier) | Full time (100%) | Start ASAP
We are seeking a commercially-savvy, data-driven, and hands-on eCommerce Manager to oversee our global DTC operations. You will optimize our Shopify storefronts, guide paid media and retention programs, and coordinate seasonal launches and product drops—transforming insights into rapid, sustainable growth for Faction Skis, United Shapes, and Phaenom footwear.
RESPONSIBILITIES
eCommerce Management
* Manage the end-to-end customer journey on Shopify, balancing brand storytelling with site performance.
* Own the eCommerce tech stack (Shopify Plus, apps, integrations, analytics, AI, CX tools), including vendor evaluation and managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
* Drive conversion rate optimization using on-site tools and data insights to increase engagement and AOV.
* Maintain real-time dashboards in Looker Studio; lead weekly performance check-ins and compile monthly reports.
* Manage development backlog and projects with external agencies.
* Oversee implementation and daily updates of all third-party tools and suppliers.
* Manage domain renewals and DNS settings across all websites.
Trading Optimization
* Build seasonal sales and inventory forecasts.
* Coordinate seasonal launches and product drops.
* Optimize site navigation and merchandising for effortless product discovery.
* Monitor sell-through performance, recommending re-stocks and allocation shifts.
* Collaborate with customer experience teams to enhance post-purchase experiences.
* Work with Finance, Operations, and CX teams to ensure accurate data flow from Shopify to ERP systems.
Digital Marketing
* Define and own digital acquisition strategies, plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet growth targets.
* Shape paid media strategies with our digital marketing agency across search, social, video, and shopping channels.
* Develop an SEO, GEO, and content roadmap to attract qualified organic traffic.
* Create and manage a digital marketing calendar aligned with eCommerce and brand campaigns.
* Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and automations supporting product drops, promotions, and retention efforts.
Requirements
* 4-6 years of experience managing a multi-million-euro DTC P&L on Shopify, preferably within lifestyle or outdoor-sports brands.
* Technical fluency in configuring and troubleshooting Shopify ecosystems, third-party apps, and analytics tools without heavy development support.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business results.
* Expertise in digital marketing across paid social, search, shopping, and emerging channels with full-funnel strategy understanding.
* Proficiency with Shopify CMS: admin settings, product data, theme blocks, and on-page merchandising.
* Experience in domain and DNS management to ensure storefront security and uptime.
* Advanced reporting skills, including dashboard creation and automation for rapid decision-making.
* Growth mindset and curiosity—always testing new tools and tactics to stay ahead.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as French are a plus.
* Legal right to work in Switzerland or the EU (citizenship or valid work permit).
