* Publication date: 27 January 2026 * Workload: 100% * Contract type: Permanent position * Place of work: Lausanne On behalf of a FMCG company based in Lausanne, we are searching for a Delivery Operations Manager H/F DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION * You develop and implement the delivery strategy across the Swiss market * You identify core restaurants to expand and strenghten the delivery business * You define sales targets for all channels * You advise owner / operators on improving operational performance and maximize results * You implement best practices to support restaurant operations and improve delivery courier experience * You build strong relationships with third party delivery partners / 3PO PROFIL ATTENDU * Experience in a similar position with regional / national scope (delivery operations / fleet model deployment, franchisee management) * Excellent command of English, French and German is an asset * Willing to travel between the HQ, restaurants and 3PO's offices
