Avaloq & Temenos Recruitment Consultant – Basel
Location: Basel, Switzerland – On‑site (with flexibility for life’s curveballs)
You’ve probably spent the last few years in a large team, where decisions crawl and ownership is shared across too many people. You’ll join a small payments team of two inside a 25‑person Avaloq core team at a small, international bank present in nine jurisdictions, where things move fast and you actually see the impact of your work.
You’ll get hands‑on with projects like EBICS, PSD3, CHAPS and Faster Payments, and influence how payments and fraud‑detection satellites evolve. You’ll own your projects, participate in steering committees, and sit close enough to the decision‑makers to shape the future of payments.
Qualifications
* Avaloq experience in payments
* Technical depth and the people skills to challenge stakeholders
* Business analysis experience
* Independence to prioritise, share and deliver in a small team
Working style & relocation
The culture is 100 % on‑site, but flexibility is available for those who need to balance family or other commitments. If you’re not based in Basel but hold EU citizenship, relocation is possible.
