- Operation of the IT hotline: Receiving, forwarding and resolving internal customer inquiries
- Setting up and delivering hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
- Software distribution using Microsoft SCCM
- Administration in Active Directory (PC, users and authorizations)
- Processing mutations (entries, exits, etc.)
- Conducting IT trainings
- First level support for Avaya telephone system (third party contract existing)
- Management of IT inventory (hardware)
- Managing licenses
- Taking care of the video and audio system in the meeting rooms
- Computer science education or equivalent and experience in an IT support environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems
- Excellent hardware knowledge
- Service-oriented and communicative personality with pleasure in customer contact
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of a validated (GxP) laboratory environment is an advantage
