We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Switzerland.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the life sciences and SaaS space. You will focus on outbound prospecting, building strong pipelines, and initiating meaningful conversations with decision‑makers across global markets. Working in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion.
Accountabilities Build and maintain targeted prospect lists within pharma, biotech, and related industries
Execute personalized outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate interest
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with ideal customer profiles
Schedule high‑quality meetings for Account Executives and support pipeline development
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach campaigns
Track all activities, leads, and performance metrics using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
Requirements 1‑3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, life sciences, or B2B environments
Proven ability and confidence in cold outreach, lead generation, and objection handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional approach
Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Curiosity and ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively
Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach platforms
Ability to work across time zones with partial overlap with U.S. business hours
