As a Store Architect Intern you will contribute to creative research, concept development and graphic design for The North Face retail spaces. You will work closely with the team to transform ideas into visual and spatial concepts, supporting projects from inspiration to execution.

Start date: June 1, 2026
Duration: 12 months, full‑time
Gross monthly salary: 1 850 CHF
Location: VF EMEA Headquarters, Stabio, Switzerland
Recruitment process: 3 interviews (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, optional Business Case)

Eligibility requirements
You must be graduating after May 1, 2026 or have student status as of June 2026
You must hold EU or EEA citizenship
Responsibilities
Develop 2D graphic layouts for brand campaign storytelling that engage, inform and inspire consumers
Design POP and strut cards for in‑store communication (campaigns, promotions, special messages)
Co‑work with 3D designers for window and in‑store campaign execution proposals
Support the graphic identity design for retail activations and special events
Assist with flagship execution designs and adapt window and in‑store executions for special locations
Create graphic designs for new store openings
Develop new creative ideas such as wall customisations, corner creation and study new design elements to embed the North Face brand DNA as briefed by Retail Architects
Support retail adaptations for wholesale stores
Help produce the monthly retail marketing newsletter
Required skills and qualifications
A degree in design, product design, interior design, architecture or graphic design
Proficiency in 2D and 3D graphic design and modelling software
Strong creativity in graphic design and concept development
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Passion for creative research and innovation in graphic design and spatial development
Ability to envision and create compelling concepts from mood boards to full spatial designs
Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Curious mindset and passion for working with people
