About the role On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to support the HR function in a dynamic and international environment. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, contributing to the delivery of effective HR solutions and processes.
Location: Visp, Switzerland (on-site min. 4 days/week) Start date: 03/08/2026 Duration: Temporary assignment until 31/12/2026 (possibility of extension)
Your responsibilities
* Act as an HR partner, providing guidance to managers and employees on people-related topics
* Support talent management, performance development, employee engagement, and workforce planning
* Contribute to the implementation of local HR strategies aligned with global objectives
* Coordinate HR administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the global HR network
* Track and analyze HR KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
* Support or lead HR projects (recruitment, performance management, talent development, rewards)
* Assist in organizational development initiatives and change management
* Coach line managers on HR-related topics and best practices
Your profile
* 2–3 years of experience in HR, ideally in an HR Business Partner or similar role
* Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
* Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
* Familiarity with HR systems and data reporting tools
* Structured, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
