Responsibilities
* Create professional and sales‑oriented candidate profiles.
* Take initial inquiries and manage the dossier.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews.
* Provide feedback to candidates (fair, honest & human).
* Manage reports for temporary employees.
Qualifications
* Completed KV training (WMS) or on the way to being a Kaufmann/-frau EFZ (or student BBA, HR Management). Minimum requirement: obtaining a Baccalaureate or equivalent.
* Strong communication skills in German, French and/or English. Additional languages are a bonus.
* IT‑affine, comfortable with tools and AI.
* Independent, structured, with real drive.
* Shows initiative, appetite for learning and teamwork.
