In this key role, you will lead and strategically develop our Customer Service Sales Team. You will directly manage 7 employees and hold overall responsibility for a team of 14. You will oversee four key functional areas and play a significant role in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency :
* Area Sales – Strategic Customer Management
Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Close collaboration with our agents and equipment sales teams
* Leading contract negotiations with strategic customers
* Print Mat Solutions
Ensuring timely delivery of printing mats for flexographic printing
Responsible for processing sales orders for inks, spare components and wear items, repair services
* Optimizing order and delivery processes
* Maintenance Service Coordination
Planning and organizing maintenance services
* Acting as the interface between customers and support
In this role, you report directly to the Head of Customer Service. You are willing to travel up to 20% of your working time.
Your Profile
* Successfully completed master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in sales or customer service, ideally in an international industrial context
* Experience in negotiating contracts with customers
* At least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally with responsibility for various functional areas
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Structured, solution-oriented approach and a high level of customer focus
* Strong affinity for data analysis and working with KPIs
* Initial experience with or a strong interest in the use of artificial intelligence for process optimization
* Fluent in written and spoken German and English
