In this thrilling position, you will work closely with the Media & Communication team to create and deliver impactful in-store events that drive sales, engage customers, and strengthen our brand presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial in-store events for our Brands to drive sales and customer traffic.Manage the full event cycle from concept to logistics, on-site execution, and post-analysis.Identify and build collaborations and sponsorships with strong commercial and visibility impact.Coordinate regularly with HQ Italy to align with global strategies, adapt concepts for the Swiss market, and present results.Monitor KPIs, sales impact, and customer insights to evaluate event success.Create analyses, dashboards, and presentations to optimize event strategy and ROI.
