Position Overview We are supporting a client in the search for a Key Account Manager Switzerland to manage and develop strategic customer relationships nationwide. The role focuses on long-term account development rather than transactional sales and requires a strong understanding of technical products, service-driven environments, and complex B2B customer structures. This is a senior, autonomous role with significant ownership of the Swiss market. Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic key accounts across Switzerland - Build long-term partnerships with professional customers in technical B2B environments - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling a broad product range - Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and long-term contracts - Act as the main commercial point of contact between customers and internal teams - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in Switzerland - Represent the company professionally with key industry stakeholders - Deliver on revenue, margin, and customer retention objectives Candidate Profile - Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Business Development role - Background in technical distribution, spare parts, equipment, foodservice technology, vending, coffee machines, refrigeration, or similar B2B sectors - Experience managing complex customer portfolios and long sales cycles - Fluent German, French, and Italian is mandatory - English is a strong advantage - Strong commercial and negotiation skills - Highly autonomous, structured, and disciplined - Relationship-driven with a consultative sales approach - Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers - Willingness to travel frequently across Switzerland If you are interested in a senior, autonomous Key Account role focused on long-term customer development in technical B2B distribution, please apply with your CV in English.
