Senior Controller / Head of Management ControlYou actively participate in the development of the management control and financial function. In this context, the Chief Financial Officer wishes to strengthen the team in order to develop a finance function oriented towards performance, steering, and business support.MissionsFinancial Steering & FP&A- Develop budgets, forecasts, and medium-term plans.- Analyze performance and variances, formulate recommendations for management teams and the group & shareholders.- Produce reliable, synthetic, and decision-oriented financial reporting.- Meet reporting requirements related to consolidation in an industrial group.- Manage standard costs and analyze variances.- Monitor profitability by product, market, and segment.- Deploy and monitor industrial and financial KPIs.Team Management & Development- Lead, animate, and develop the skills of a small management control team.- Organize work, define priorities, and promote good financial practices.Processes & Projects- Define and evolve management control processes.- Optimize tools (ERP, BI, reporting).- Support change and strengthen the financial culture within the company.Profile- Confirmed experience in industrial management control / FP&A (at least 8 years), ideally in an international environment.- Mastery of industrial costing and steering of the supply chain.- Previous experience in team management and project management is highly desirable.- Proficiency with ERP and reporting / BI tools.- Rigor, functional leadership, analytical and business mindset.- Languages: fluent French and English.Conditions and Benefits- A stimulating environment within the framework of a growth and development plan.- Teleworking possible according to the rules in force within the company.- Annual salary: CHF 120k jid8d80f30aen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
