Responsibilities Manage ticketing system
Provide first-level technical support
Manage and maintain all office IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical service providers
Manage and run technical services remotely or on-site
Collaborate with global teams and international clients
Your Profile IT education
Excellent knowledge of English
German language skills are a plus
Previous experience in IT and technical support
Knowledge of telecommunication and IT fields
Knowledge of Windows Server, backup systems, and office networks
Customer-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills
Open and flexible mindset
Detail-oriented and precise
Problem-solving skills
Team player
Preferably residing in Switzerland
