Job Description
Within our Back-Office department, you will be part of the Institutional Settlement – Trades Settlement – Securities Lending Team.
Your activities will include the following:
* Processing of transfer operations (all kind of financial products), global markets (RFP and DFP)
* Processing of trades (all kind of financial products), global markets (RVP and DVP)
* Migrations
* Processing of physical shares
* Reconciliation of trades (security breaks)
* Investigation on any transfers related issue (reconciliation’s breaks)
* Front-office/Customer Care support
* Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
* Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*
* Usage of Telekurs, GTMatch, GTExchange, Keylink and internal tools
Qualifications
* CFC in banking environment as a minimum
* 1–2 years of experience in a back-office and knowledge of SWIFT are required.
* Fluent in French, you also have good command of English ; German would be a plus
* You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
* You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
