You will work closely with teams across Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Engineering to ensure strong collaboration and consistent quality along the full value chain. You will connect with customers on all quality related topics and help build trust through clear communication and reliable outcomes. You will support and improve quality standards to enable on-time delivery with strong and consistent quality. You will guide and support continuous improvement activities, helping the team learn, improve, and solve problems in a structured way. You will help develop processes and team capabilities, contributing to a sustainable quality culture and operational excellence. /p h3As Production Quality Manager Repair Shop (OneBirr), You Will /h3 ul liTake overall responsibility for quality performance within the Repair Shop /li liGuide, support, and develop a small team of quality inspectors and engineers /li liEnsure the implementation, sustainability, and continuous improvement of Built In Quality (BIQ) principles /li liPromote a “Right First Time” approach by supporting preventive quality methods in daily operations /li liSupport teams in meeting inspection plans, quality requirements, and customer expectations /li liAct as the main quality contact for internal and external customers /li liEnsure timely and sustainable handling of non-conformances (NCRs) with minimal impact on operations /li liGuide structured root cause analyses (e.g. 8D, 5 Why) and support effective corrective and preventive actions /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field (or technical background with relevant professional and team coordination experience) /li liExperience in quality, manufacturing, Lean, or continuous improvement, ideally in power generation or heavy industry /li liUnderstanding of inspection and testing methods for turbine components or similar equipment /li liExperience in team coordination within production or quality environments /li liKnowledge of structured problem solving methods (e.g. 8D, 5 Why) /li liUnderstanding of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) /li liGood communication skills in German and English /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in strengthening Built In Quality (BIQ) in production environments /li liAbility to translate data into practical improvement actions /li liStructured and solution oriented way of working in a dynamic environment /li liConfidence in customer and audit situations /li liLeadership approach that supports development, trust, and team engagement /li liInterest in continuous improvement and operational excellence /li liQualification as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pRelocation Assistance Provided: No /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
