Role Description
This is a full‑time role based in Nyon. As a Junior Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and identifying and generating potential leads for business growth throughout canton de Vaud. Day‑to‑day tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and drive results. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong customer focus and interest in sales and account management.
Qualifications
* Experience in Account Management and demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively
* Proficiency in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
* Strong skills in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and internal collaboration
* Proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to work independently with attention to detail
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
* Familiarity with technology and IT service solutions is a plus
* Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are an asset
