Job Description
This position involves working as a commercial project manager responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects to clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular follow-up visits or remote meetings.
* Negotiate prices, deadlines, and quantities with clients.
* Develop commercial proposals and adapt them to client needs.
* Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and register orders on the server.
Project Management
The commercial project manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to deployment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Follow client specifications and design project scope.
* Lead project teams according to specifications.
* Supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external stakeholders.
* Meet with project stakeholders, visit sites, and meet suppliers and partners.
* Monitor and control project progress, quality, scheduling, and budget compliance.
* Facilitate regular updates with partners and analyze results obtained.
Organization and Planning
The commercial project manager will structure projects using established methods and management tools.
* Main Tasks:
* Define operating rules for executing projects under optimal conditions.
* Ensure coordination among stakeholders involved in projects.
* Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders according to different constraints.
* Define objectives and deadlines for completing tasks with project collaborators.
