Marketing Director

The marketing function doesn't exist yet. No team, no playbook, no one above you. Anyone who takes this role builds a data-driven marketing engine that scales this company toward Series B and beyond.
The budget is heading toward $5M to $10M a year.
* Define brand positioning for an AI business identity platform
* Run go-to-market for the new AI product (launched Q1 2026)
* Set up all analytics, attribution, and reporting. Nothing exists yet; you’ll build it
* Lead a team of 4 to 5 and hire as you scale
What we’re looking for
* 5 to 8 years in marketing, at least two years leading a team
* B2C tech, SaaS or platform background
* Real paid-budget experience; you can manage ad platforms yourself
* Experience building AI agents or automations for marketing workflows
* Data-driven mindset: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates
