ResponsibilitiesBuild product report & monitor performance of our key collections in all networks.Collect and share qualitative feedback about novelties & assess local product needs.Follow key performance KPIs.Support on creating launch pack for the region.Prepare novelty content for the boutiques (1 pager, morning brief etc).Produce 360 qualitative & quantitative reports of novelty campaigns.Help marketing manager on After-sales projects Chanel & Moi.Organize Internal WFJ events.Craft articles for the CHANEL internal communication platform.Monitor competition activities on all touchpoints (events, online, print etc).Prepare and share competitor report highlighting best practices in the region.QualificationsEnrolled in a Master Degree program.First successful 6-months internship experience.Analytical mindset at ease with Excel.Detail oriented and willing to work on set-up of new tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job ConditionsAn internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must be part of your study program.The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.Job InformationContract: Full-time internship (100%) and in-person.Start date: September 1st, 2026.Working days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.Location: Geneva.Fluent in French and English.
